The owner of the site National Railways of Turkey and KC Group commissioned to IND in order to test the building program of TV station, in a location very close to national heritage Ataturk sea Pavilion in Florya. The design approach uses the opportunity of existing entrance road, penetrating into the core of the building with a 30 degree volume extraction. This design approach establishes easy logistic access and provides parking on the top of the building volume.
